So the last two years have been one hell of a rush. A lot of emphasis on work and my career, not so much on my handicraft. While some of this was necessary, the balance was completely out of whack and my creativity suffered badly because of it.

Now that things have slowed down to something resembling a 'normal' pace, I've managed to secure some extended time off. Approx 2 months all told. During this time I'll be immersing myself in an intensive jewelry and metalsmithing course. The dedicated time and ability to focus should definitely help kickstart the 'making stuff' engine. At least that's what I hope!
